Services
Services
Everything around the treatment — the tests, the counters, the cover and the paperwork. Clinical departments live on the specialities page.
Diagnostics & imaging
Radiology, pathology and the laboratories sit alongside the OPD clusters, so a test ordered at consultation is done in the same visit.
Book a diagnostic testCheck your reports
Radiology & advanced imaging
128-slice spectral CT, 3-Tesla MRI, mammography, DEXA, 3D Doppler ultrasonography and digital X-ray, read by the hospital's own radiologists and technologists. Interventional radiology covers minimally invasive procedures.
Pathology labs
Routine blood work through tissue analysis to molecular diagnostics and genetic testing, reported by consultant pathologists.
Laboratory medicine
Biochemistry, microbiology, haematology, histopathology and molecular genetics, run to NABL norms and integrated with the laboratory management system. Most results are available within 24 hours of the sample being received.
Investigations & sample collection
A Guest Relation Executive walks out-patients through billing, the procedure and the turn-around time; a text lands when reports are ready. Home sample collection is available, with barcoded collection and a separate phlebotomy room.
Blood bank
Round-the-clock testing across 2,500 sq ft, supplying blood and components — platelet concentrates, saline-washed packed cells, fresh frozen plasma and cryoprecipitate. Home blood collection is offered.
Vascular imaging & cath lab
The catheterisation laboratory images the arteries for diagnosis and for catheter-based intervention.
Cancer imaging
Staging and follow-up imaging for cancer on the 128-slice spectral CT and 3T MRI, read alongside the hospital's surgical and medical oncology teams.
Pharmacy
Four pharmacies — outpatient, ward, operation theatre and the central supply behind them — with pharmacists on duty round the clock.
Outpatient pharmacy
Centrally located on the ground floor near the main lobby, open to anyone inside or outside the hospital. Online insurance billing for prescriptions and online prescription orders are both supported.
Ward (in-patient) pharmacy
Round-the-clock supply to clusters, suites and rooms, mostly by unit-dose dispensing through the pneumatic chute distribution system.
Operation theatre pharmacy
A dedicated pharmacy inside the OT cluster holding the medical and surgical items surgeries need.
Prescriptions, refills & home delivery
Prescriptions reach the pharmacy electronically, so the envelope is ready before you walk over. Repeat a prescription from the mobile app and medicines are home delivered at no extra charge within a 20 km radius.
Emergency & ambulance
Emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — with pharmacy, blood bank and dialysis running alongside it.
Emergency 040 4699 9999Ambulance 1800 2024
Emergency department
Doctors and paramedical staff trained in advanced trauma, cardiac and basic life support, with an emergency operating theatre and an international triage system. Trauma, cardiac and neurological emergencies, poisoning and acute medical and surgical conditions are handled here.
Ambulances
The ambulances are mobile ICUs with advanced cardiac life support — ventilator, oxygen, emergency medication, infusion pump, monitoring, defibrillator and resuscitation cart, with trained emergency and trauma technicians. They are placed within a 20 km radius of the hospital to reach an incident in about ten minutes from the call.
Intensive & critical care
140 intensive care beds across two floors, every bed continuously monitored and integrated to a single nursing dashboard that reaches the doctor's phone. Isolation and transplant ICUs are audited by the hospital infection committee.
Insurance, TPA & corporate cover
Cashless admission, pre-authorisation and reimbursement are handled by the Guest Relation Executives, not by you.
Cashless admission & pre-authorisation
For patients availing the cashless facility, the GRE completes the documentation and the admission. Where there is an insurance policy, the documents are collected and sent to the TPA for pre-authorisation.
Billing, approval & reimbursement
The final bill and discharge summary go to the TPA for approval and any co-payment is explained at the bedside. If an approval is denied, the GRE counsels you and hands over the bills, report copies and claim forms for reimbursement.
Empanelled insurers, TPAs & corporates
The published list covers insurance providers, third-party administrators and corporate and government schemes — including CGHS, ESIC, and the Aarogyasri and Employees Health Schemes of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
For international patients
A five-step pre-admission route — enquiry, physician interaction, estimate, invitation letter, travel — then a coordinator on the ground.
International patient servicesEmail for a second opinion
Estimates & medical visa invitation
An estimate covering the likely duration of stay, cost and suggested treatment is sent within 24 hours. Once you accept it, the hospital issues the Medical Visa Invitation Letter the Indian embassy or consulate requires.
Arrival & stay coordination
Airport transfer, accommodation, visa and translator assistance, local travel, dietary arrangements, information on prayer services and a temporary SIM connection. A Guest Relations Executive meets you at the hospital and stays with the registration formalities.
Payment options
Foreign currency, credit and debit cards, wire transfers, health insurance and embassy sponsorship are all accepted.
International second opinion
A panel of international consultants across disciplines works with the hospital's medical team on cross-consultations and additional treatment opinions.
Telemedicine & video consultation
Consultation and review at a distance for patients for whom travel is the barrier, by video call or the mobile app.
Health check-ups
Preventive screening built around your profile — with a physician to interpret the result, not just a printout.
Read the check-up guideBrowse the packages
Who a check-up is for
Everyone above 40; anyone with a family history of chronic and lifestyle disease; anyone carrying risk factors for conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.
What to expect on the day
Come early, fasting preferred, carry past records and bring a family member. Allow four to five hours for the testing and evaluation, and do not skip the physician consultation.
Packages
Screening packages run from a quick baseline panel to organ-system and speciality checks — cardiac, kidney, liver, bone, diabetic, women's health and senior citizen among them.
Cell Health check package
A screening package whose test list was selected by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, with additional imaging performed at no extra cost where a biomarker warrants a closer look. Open to anyone 18 or over.
Out-patient & appointments
How a clinic visit runs — the OPD clusters, the booking channels, what happens on arrival, and where the pharmacy fits.
Out-patient clinics
OPDs grouped into seven clusters so related specialities sit together, open 9 am to 8 pm. Each cluster has its own procedure room and sits close to the lab, radiology and pharmacy. Registration is free; consultations are by prior appointment.
How an OP visit runs
Book from the website, the mobile app, by phone or in person. Register free with basic details to get your MRN, and a consultation slip for the consultant at the scheduled time. Arrive on time — late arrivals are moved back and may be taken in the last minutes of the hour as walk-ins. Follow-ups are scheduled with the physician by a Guest Relation Executive.
Video consultation
Short remote consultations with hospital doctors for follow-up advice, prescription review and report discussion.
Signature OPD
A single-location OPD on the lower ground floor where a multidisciplinary team comes to the patient — sample collection, blood pressure measurement, bandage changes and simple procedures in the room — with a Guest Relation Manager assigned from before arrival until after discharge.
Pharmacy on the way out
Prescriptions reach the central pharmacy electronically while the patient walks over; the envelope is ready at payment (cash, card or the app). The app can repeat a prescription for home delivery.
Nursing & rooms
Around 600 beds across specialities, each ward clustered around its nursing station.
Wards & nursing
Every floor clusters rooms around a nursing station. Nurses are certified and trained on both clinical and hospital IT systems, and every room has Wi-Fi with access to one's own clinical and billing records.
Room grades
Economy wards: eight-bed blocks with partitions and an attendant couch per bed, with their own round-the-clock nursing station. Executive suites: single rooms with privacy at a lower cost. Platinum suites: a dedicated relationship manager for billing, investigations, pharmacy and counselling, and video access to consultants. Presidential suite: a separate anteroom for relatives and bedside counselling.
Dietary services
Patient meals round the clock, planned by dieticians with the treating physician.
Nutrition & dietetics department
Patient meals
Meals are available round the clock, ordered from the room phone or the mobile app. The dietician draws up a diet chart on the physician's recommendation and the duty nurse makes it available with the regular menu.
For attendants & guests
Room service is available to attendants and visitors for an additional charge.
Bereavement & mortuary
Two Bereavement Services Officers handle the paperwork after a death, and the mortuary runs 24 hours.
Bereavement services
The officers obtain the death certificate from the ward doctor and hand it over signed, get post-mortem cause certificates where a post-mortem happens, arrange cremation papers and liaise with the police. They also guide families through registering the death and returning belongings and valuables.
Mortuary services
Storage regardless of religion or tradition: up to twelve hours in a special facility without freezing, beyond twenty-four hours in freezer storage. An application with a certified copy of the death certificate and a statutory declaration of the applicant's relationship is required; bodies brought from outside are certified by the Casualty Medical Officer before acceptance.
In the hospital & after
The services around the treatment — the theatre block, the day-care unit, the records and the payments.
Surgical services
Eleven operation theatres, modular and built for cardiovascular, neuro, orthopaedic, bariatric and transplant surgery, plus a minor OT and seven procedure rooms, with co-located OT pharmacy, sterilisation and surgical ICUs.
Dialysis
Round-the-clock haemodialysis and CRRT modalities under nephrologist supervision, in a unit run to a strict infection-control policy.
Short stay & day care
A dedicated unit for procedures and day-care surgeries where an overnight stay is not needed.
Records, alerts & self-service
Appointments, reports, prescriptions and discharge summaries go digital on the EMR, reachable with the user ID and password issued at registration. SMS alerts cover appointments, test results and immunisation reminders.
Online payment & health wallet
Pay from the website or the app 24×7, review your hospital charges, request itemised statements and update insurance information. Cards and internet banking are accepted.
